Return & Refund Policy

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Submit claims within 30 days of receiving the product or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages.
  • Claims deemed our error are covered at our expense.

Issues with Products:

  • Contact us for any issues noticed with products or orders.

Ordering the Wrong Size:

  • No exchanges or returns for wrong size orders. Review size descriptions before ordering.

Lost or Stolen Package:

  • If marked delivered and confirmed by the delivery company, we are not responsible.
  • Report stolen packages to local police, send us a copy of the report for consideration.

Returns:

  • We accept new condition products.
  • No restocking fee.

Wrong Address/Unclaimed Packages:

  • Reshipment costs for insufficient or unclaimed addresses are the buyer's responsibility.

Buyer’s Remorse:

  • No refunds for buyer’s remorse.

EU Consumer Notice:

  • Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU may restrict the right of withdrawal for personalized or unsealed goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

Policy Language:

  • Governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations.
