Radical agnosticism is the discipline of refusing to claim knowledge where sufficient grounds for knowledge do not exist. It is not the belief that nothing can be known, nor is it simply indecision, uncertainty, or agnosticism about the existence of God. It means pursuing knowledge wherever observation, evidence, reason, testing, or demonstration can establish it, while resisting the temptation to fill what remains genuinely unknown with belief, assumption, or unwarranted certainty. In its simplest form: know where you can; remain agnostic where you cannot.

For the independent thinker, there is power in leaving a question open. You don’t have to pick a side just because one is offered. You don’t have to pretend to know. Question, investigate, test, and remain open enough to discover.

That philosophy is built into every element of the design. The question mark represents the unknown, the eye represents observation, and the hidden key takes the shape of the question itself, because questioning is one of the keys to knowing. The compass rose represents orientation: seeking direction without pretending you have already arrived.

A reminder to resist assumption, inherited certainty, and the pressure to believe without knowing. To stay curious. To think for yourself. And to have the intellectual honesty to say “I don’t know” when that is the most truthful answer available.
